If there is one thing Adam loves and knows more than property, it’s people. Walk down the street with him and he is bound to stop to say hello to someone he knows. His wife Audrey says this can happen practically anywhere in the world.

Now, in his 15th year at Gary Peer and Associates, Adam is still breaking real estate records. This has never been more so than since he employed a team to assist him, consisting of his Buyer Manager and Business Administration Manager.  “I get all the credit but if it wasn’t for a fantastic team behind me I couldn’t achieve a fraction of what I have achieved in recent years” Adam says.

Consistently winning customer service awards for brilliant results and professional advice, a highlight came recently when he was asked to be a key note speaker at a National Real Estate conference. He is now being invited to speak interstate and train other sales teams across the country, particularly on database management.

Born, bred and currently living in the local area, Adam has unparalleled local knowledge, and with the area’s most extensive data base of local buyers, his sellers have the optimum chance of achieving a fantastic selling price for their homes.

In 2009, Adam was involved in almost 100 property sales totaling more than $70 million, a result that continues to place him amongst the top real estate performers of the country.

Whether watching or participating, he is actively involved in a variety of pursuits ranging from running to cycling to martial arts. Adam loves to keep a fit and healthy mind and body. This is of course, in the rare moments that he is not spending time with his wife Audrey and their three beautiful children, Oliver, Layla and Gisele.
